Health and recreational campaign "Pass away a heart attack"

The Metal Hearts Association together with the PANS in Przemyśl, the Medical-Social Center for Vocational and Continuing Education in Przemyśl, the Provincial Hospital of St. Padre Pio, the Polish Diabetic Association, the Przemyśl Field Circle No. 15 and the Provincial Emergency Medical Service Station in Przemyśl invite you to the health and recreational campaign "Przegoń zawał". Starting on Saturday, May 24 at 11 a.m. at the Main Gate of the Lubomirski Park in Przemyśl.

The program includes, among others:

Physical activity zone for adults (station training, movement to the rhythm, marching in the park, Nordic walking, competitions, healthy competition, fun), physical activity zone for children: ( dances, field games, quizzes with prizes, acrobatic show by students of the School of Sports Mastery, face painting, educational games), prevention and health education zone ( measurement of BP, saturation, heart rate, body mass and composition, glycemia measurement, educational materials, presentation of sensors for measuring glycemia, first aid demonstration), relaxation/stress management zone , office massage and music concerts: Ta-Joj band, Black To Rock band, Jurek Markiewicz performance and joint barbecue.
